To sorting the schedule ascending or descending, Grouping the common fields whenever it is needed.
1. In the Report view click on the Sorting/ Grouping button on the Instance properties Panel.
2. To group based on the Level select Level on the field. Add blank link in between each group.
3. If you want to show your each group total separately click Footer and choose from the list.
4. No you will be able to the separation between each group with blank line. and subtotal also.
