The purpose of extending the wall layer are limited to 2 grips. That means you are able to unlock parallel layers only. you cant unlock multiple layers one after other. If you try to do so it will so error: "Extension Layers at the base of the wall must be adjacent" The example below shows how to use layers in different perspective.
