Many people used to ask me " I know how to take BOM using attribute extraction in AutoCAD. But how to update it without any lisp or running the same again." Here is my favorite....
I started with some piping connection. Here I calculated the BOM for Fittings and accessories in the pipe network.
Tool: Autocad 2015
Commands: Attdef, Block, Line, Eattext, -Eattext, Action Recorder
Now I can able to use any time F_BOM as command any time to update my BOM.
Caution: Do not change the location of the action record file '.dxe.
